Hello, I am repairing a friends phone. The phones is not charging, this is after a fresh battery. I have tried many different chargers, wires and outlets. Also a complete OS reset and cache clear did nothing. Same for safe mode. The model is a samsung A31. I’ve attached photos of the ports connections, to me they look broken, they do after all look different than my other UCB-C ports. The port also overheated when I first connected it after replacing the battery. So my question is as follows: are the connectors in the picture broken, if yes how do I go about resoldering this/ordering a new part?
