My phone is stuck with an image of the charger and the iTunes logo.At the top of the screen it then says support.apple.com/iPhone/restore can you help please??
Try getting you device out of recovery mode and see if it boots. 1. Unplug the device from the USB cable. 2. Hold down the sleep/wake (or Side, depending on your model) button until the iPhone turns off, then let it go. 3. Hold it down again until the Apple logo reappears. 4. Let go of the button and see if the device will start up.
I hit the volume up and then volume down and then held downnthe power button until the apple logo popped up and i was good to go
