Bare with my grammar please. My phone (iphone 5) started restarting last week, january 2. After 3s-5s the phone will restart again and it happen so many times. The “restarting” will only stop if i plug the phone in a charger or power bank. And last january 5, friday night, my phone is in the stage that keeps restarting in apple logo. Yesterday i search a lot of videos about “restarting in apple logo” and the videos says i need to connect it in itunes and need to Update or Restore. I’ve done what the videos said. I update it and i also restored it. But the screen will only show that my battery is low even its full charged. Now, i saw some post that i need to charge it an hour and it works! My phone is now aliveeee. BUT!!! Everytime i unplugged it, my phone goes back to “restarting in apple logo”. PLEASEEEE someone help me :( PS. I have done “reset all settings” but still, when i unplugged it my phone goes back to “restarting in apple logo”. Later i will try the “erase all contend and settings”
