Chosen Solution
Phone turns on but screen is black after I dropped it on kitchen stone floor. Good protector cover. Screen not cracked. I tried several YouTube suggestions i.e. Power+Volume up/down etc. Any suggestions? thank you.
Sounds internal. The power supply for the screen may have been moved because of the fall. Unless you have some phone repair experience+the right tools, taking it to a technician should be the best solution. If nothing is broken or needs to be replaced, repair should come cheap, too.
