My phone is terribly messed up. I have used this phone for a while, a Samsung Galaxy J3, with no problems until I attempted to access it today. On the left side of the screen, about 1 inch form the top, is a long white rectangle of white. Two pink lines are running down the left side of the screen. A much thinner white strip is running down the other side of the screen. Then, covering the entire screen is an array of black splotches. There are 2 big groups of black, then tiny dots covering the screen. The time still shows behind the black and I’m still receiving messages, but I can’t unlock my phone to even get to the home screen. I haven’t dropped my phone, smashed it, or dropped it in water. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!
