Hi all sometimes my iphone 6s doesn’t react to homebutton or power button. It just doesn’t show the screen. But after 2 or 3 presses of the power button it turns on the screen, and works as nothing was wrong. Is this a hardware fault and when what kind of ? Or is this a known software issue ?
I would first start with a hard reset (home & power button for 10 secs). If that doesn’t work, then do a good backup via iTunes/iCloud and then restore the phone. That will eliminate any software/firmware issues. The fact that it affects two discreet buttons and their respective circuits leads me to believe it is a software issue.
