Hey Jayeff, I’m using Redmi Note 7 Pro I face the same problem with my phone and as you mentioned above I do face that problem (phone turning off soon after turning on camera and its not turning on until I connect charger). It happens same even when I tried to restart. So, even in my case I have to replace the battery? edit: Just now I noticed not only camera instead opening any apps or making change in notification bar without charger it makes my phone turn off
Hi @Sudhakaran Kumar Maybe try wiping the cache partition and if still no good, try starting in safe mode and check if it works OK, just to eliminate corrupted software as the cause of the problem If still no good maybe try replacing the battery and then check. It may be that if the battery was faulty the charger may not be able to run the phone and try to charge the battery at the same time, especially when opening an app as this causes more power to be used.
