Chosen Solution
Alcatel android phone, vibrating non stop. Turned the phone off and it still vibrates. Unfortunately I don’t have a removable battery. Phone works just fine. Of course on a call, they can hear the vibration. Any help??
i would start with a factory reset to make sure it isnt a corrupted software. however, you likely have a short from a powered node, to the vibrate motor. in which case, you would have to diagnose the problem with a multimeter and a board to find the short. or, removing the vibrate motor. If you do not have the skillset to do this, i suggest taking it to a local repair shop

My Android does this too and it is annoying but turning off vibration notifications in Settings does nothing to stop it…. It’s ridiculous truthfully that my stupid phone vibrates constantly regardless of settings but I’m not a proponent of being forced to do complete reset just because Android makes a ghetto smartphone so I just try to ignore it. I don’t want to lose everything saved on my phone just because of an ignorant bug!!
