This iPhone 11 sustained a forceful drop from standing height resulting in a shattered display glass. I replaced the display and when plugged in I get the below icon (battery with one red line and no lighting bolt). I rechecked the connections and there is no visible damage and connections are good. Ive tried the following: different charging methods and cordscleaned the lighting portresetand plugged into computer with iTunes. Any suggestions? Thanks! *
The first thing you need to do is replace the battery and see if the phone boots and charges. Let us know the outcome.
