Hi community, I have an iPhone 5 se The phone will not turn on after each time it has taken a knock. However if I unplug the battery and plug it back in it fixes it everytime but once the phone takes a knock again it will be dead until I unplug and then replug the battery back in . I have replaced the battery but am still having the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?

@ileg155 ,Isaac, If device happens to be under warranty return for repair/replacement/refund. If no warranty read on. It sounds like it could be a loose connection, loose component or perhaps a cracked solder joint. Below is a disassembly guide to get you inside the device. You can check connection/wires for damage and clean the connection using Qtip dampened with 90%+ Isopropyl Alcohol and reseat them securely. Use a magnifier and look for cracked/bad solder joints and for loose/damaged components. Reassemble and try. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button. iPhone SE Teardown
