the phone starts to come on itt looks like says BLU then shuts back off. when i try to reset it it will pop up with an android guy with an exclamation mark. what do i do?
Hi, Here is a link which shows how to hard reset your phone. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will restore your phone to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first got it. If you can, ensure that the battery is fully charged before you perform a hard reset. Also do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected.
