My Galaxy S4 won’t connect to data. My carrier turned data off for a day, and when it was restored the phone no longer can connect to data. Wifi works fine. Any ideas?
Can you check if you have a baseband version and IMEI in settings > about phone / status? If not then your modem / baseband is corrupt and would need to be fixed by a flash box which some phone repair shops have. Otherwise what service provider / carrier network are you using? Can you still do phone calls and acquire signal with sim card in? Try another sim card, maybe the sim card has mobile data disabled by the service provider.
