I took my phone into a repair shop this past Thursday for a screen repair , I came in and picked it up Sunday and now the phone can’t hold a charge. This phone never had this problem charging or holding its charge before and would stay alive for a 3 to 4 hours even after it hit 15%. now it won’t charge past 12% ,Did the people who repaired the screen break mess with my phones battery.
Mistakes can happen during the repair process. Take it back to them and see what they can do for you. How much did the repair roughly cost? If you don’t mind me asking.
