Chosen Solution
The phone was my sisters old one and was working, she got a new one and it sat dromant for over a year and when she gave it to me so i can use it, it wouldnt turn on. Recently battery expanded so i orderd a new battery and have it in. I can only boot the phone up when first getting up the Download mode then when i get in Android OS keeps saying 0%. I have tried multiple Micro USB cables and wall adapters and so far no luck
Check the port for dust or fluff.
