Hi there, My iphone just decided to stop working. When i put the cable in it goes to the white screen but then goes off and then on again. I have tried connecting it to my laptop ( by doing the whole thing to restore it) It only connects for a while then switches off. How do i get my pictures off if it wont connect
You do realise that restoring the phone causes all data on the phone to be wiped off? So you have a white iPhone 5 I’m assuming and you can see the black apple logo. The phone switches off immediately when unplugging the cable while the apple logo is displayed correct? Right now it is boot looping while plugged in. If all these conditions are met then the battery is almost certainly faulty and needs to be replaced.
