Hello, so my Samsung galaxy s4 zoom phone wont turn on at all. It doesnt charge and it does not get recognized by any computer. Ive tried force reboot and nothing works. Do i need a new battery or is there something i can do? Thankful for any advice
Hi @scott76, how long have you had the phone for? Batteries do have a finite lifetime of about 2-3 years or 300-500 charge cycles. So, if you’ve surpassed that lifetime - it’s possible that you need a replacement battery. Did anything in particular happen to damage the phone in anyway? Was it dropped? or perhaps exposed to moisture?
