Having problems receiving photos the screen comes up error, have received them in the past. Have been into EE shops but no answers.
Hi, Can you send photos OK from your phone? Can you access the internet OK from your phone? If not have you checked that the Data Enabled setting is enabled? If this setting is disabled you cannot send/receive MMS messages (texts with pictures. videos, etc, SMS messages -text only- are not affected) or use the internet. Not sure of you phone but go to Home > Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Data Enabled.
