The picture frooze and the disc tray wiii not open. Turns on and off and load come on but doesn’t load. How can I open the door to change disc to check if it is a disc problem or a player problem?
This happens normally due to scratches on the disk or due to lens might be dirty , switch off the player after about 5 sec switch it on again and quickly press eject button the tray should come out.
