Is the wind vane ,“plastic fin” connected to the governor rod,or lever, from motor? Is it a spring or wire connection? Or does it just bump against the lever? I can’t find a pic that shows this.thanks
Briggs and Stratton 675 Series Repair or try checking out this ifixit post. it might help Can someone post a picture of the throttle mechanism/springs?
