I HAVE AN ENVY 23 HP ALL IN ONE. I HAVE REMOVED THE PANEL ON THE STAND ON THE BOTTOM TO TIGHTEN THE 2 BOLTS TO STABILIZE THE HEIGHT PART AND THAT WORKED GREAT, BUT NOW THE PIVOT POINT ON THE MONITOR SAGS. THIS PIVOT POINT ALLOWS ME TO MOVE THE MONITOR UP AND DOWN, HOW DO I TIGHT THESE BOLTS IF THERE ARE ANY? DO I REMOVE THE BACK PANEL TO GET TO IT. Hi, Here is a link to the service manual for your computer. Click on the Removing and replacing the Computer Stand link on the first page (or scroll to p.12) to view how to remove /replace the stand. Take note of Step.1 of the procedure, regarding the tabs position, when installing (replacing) a new stand (p.13 of the manual) Hopefully this is of some help.
