Ummmm… So I accidently Bent the battery taking it out and… So I bent it back Can I put it back or will it explode at any minute now?

Dispose that battery and get a new one. I would not risk it at all. If that battery expands and contracts, and it has a damaged layer from the bend, it can vent and pop into flames. The fumes are hazardous to your respiratory system, and no one likes an exploding phone.
How bad is the bend to the battery? Take a pic and upload it with sufficient light and focus on said component of course.
