Chosen Solution
I have just bought a Nuvion Tablet that comes with windows 10. A problem I have is that when I plug in the tablet. The Icon on the task bar shows that it is plugged in but when I press the button it shows a little message saying it is not charging and it still says I have the tablet plugged into. This only happens after a certain time of charging. It will charge for a bit then go wacky on me. I have provided a screenshot of what is happening

Micah, after applying what jayeff suggest, if Nuvision Tablet still not working properly, since it is new return under warranty for refund/repair/replacement.
