It says “Microsoft Defender” Its really annoying bc it wont stop saying “security virus alert” in a Text to speech voice and when ever I try to close it it keeps popping up, it says to call a number but im not sure if I should, it says a website I was on got my IP- yet I was only using roblox and discord.. What do I do..?
Hi @alyssia , If Win 10 is installed in the laptop, try running Windows Defender in safe mode and check what it shows. It may be malware or a virus that is causing the pop up to occur Go to Windows Start > Settings > Update and Security >Windows Security > click on Open Windows Security > Scan options > Microsoft Defender offline > scan now
