Hi, my A1398 Macbook pro 15 late 2013 screen is broken. And a 2015 screen assembly is easier to get and cheaper in my country. Is it possible to use the 2015 retina display to replace the screen assembly on my 2013 mac?

No, the pinout of the display connectors have different signals that do not match from the 2012-2013 models compared to the 2015 model. It will plug in however but no display will be on the screen.
