We have a Samsung WA52M7750a active wear washing machine. Had 2 blankets washing. It stopped. Display said still had 1 hour. Door is locked and could not open it. Pushed the power button and display readings went dark. Door is still locked abs can not open it. It occasionally displays the door locked sign. But will not come on otherwise.
Hi @corirachel7 , Unless there are any better answers forthcoming, here’s a link to the service manual for the washer, that hopefully will get you out of trouble. The downside is that you have to pay for it.
