Chosen Solution
My laptop is a Asus TufGaming FX504G. When I power up my laptop with the power adaptor plugged in, it boots up to windows then without warning goes to sleep (its not a hard shutdown, windows fades the background then blank screen). When I press the power butting again, the laptop boots up and works fine. (The power adaptor is still plugged in though out this post),
Could also be something software related. Laptop is up to date ? Drivers and BIOS up to date ? You could also try to re-install Windows and see what happens if nothing else is working.
