Hi, I have a problem with the power up of the mobile ascend p6 , its showing the first logo but than it turns off again but on charger is going on normally and can be used normally but when I unplug it it goes off again. Thanks in advance.
If the phone is only functioning when plugged in, the phone is not holding a charge. The battery is most likely faulty, and the best course of action is to obtain a new battery and replace the old one. How old is the Phone ?
