Good morning i have no idea of a possible problem in my imac late 2009 27”. I start the pc much times for a lot of days and this screen has appeared. It is a problem of video card or of what? There is only the mouse pointer and a rectangle with the language but nothing work

Aggiorna (15/10/2018) I don’t have an external bootable drive. How could i create it? What versione of OS X has late 2009 imac 27? There is a guide or a download place for boot? The pics are reported

Do you have an external bootable drive? At this point I think you need to boot it up with it! This is not the normal screen, sorry to say it’s not clear enough to read. If you can post the text that might give us a clue. As the screen is visible your GPU and screen are OK here. Whats likely happened is your system was infected by some malware without knowing what the text states. Update (10/15/2018) To create a bootable drive you’ll need access to a working Mac system. The you can setup either a USB thumb drive or a FireWire drive (if the system you are working with offers it) You’ll need to then down load the OS installer from Apple’s iTunes App Store or directly from their download support page depending on the version you want to run. MacOS Sierra (10.12.x) is what I would recommend here while you could run High Sierra it has issues on the older Mac’s.
