Hi folks! I was hoping that some of you could help me with my strange problem with Iphone 6. Namely, last time I opened my phone to fix front camera crescent moon problem, when I finished work on camera, I put flat cable connectors (LCD, front camera, home button and touch) in place on main board and closed phone frame. Nothing was damaged, scratched etc. After that repair, I am having strange problem with, sometimes, unresponsive home button (home button wont wake screen, double tap does not work, wont exit app etc.), also, flash and back camera sometimes just wont work. When this problem occurs, for example when I enter camera mode, I got yellow triangle with warning that indicates warm flash unit, besides the fact that I didn’t use flash or camera, After, for example, hard reset or just phone shut down, everything is working fine… for a half day, and after that the problem is back… Could someone help me with this issue ? Thank you in advance! All the best Alex

I believe that the FPC connectors on the various flexes are not seated properly. Unless you get a very satisfying “snap” feeling, I would check them again. These FPC connectors are delicate and are only rated for a dozen or so insertions. This is fine for a one off repair but it shows to what extent they can be easily damaged. After you remove the screen assembly and it’s flex connectors, visually inspect the connectors on the logic board with a magnifying glass or loupe. Sometimes, a single pin can be damaged and cause problems.
