Chosen Solution
Recently I changed the LCD of iphone 5s, now it cant add a fingerprint. This message is showing all times: FAILED - SORRY, THE OPERATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE GO BACK AND TRY AGAIN. Somebody have some idea? I did the restore on itunes but not work.
Did you change the Touch ID sensor?
Make sure the touch id cable is connected firmly just before close the screen down
