Chosen Solution
Hi. My phone got wet by a water jet. After that, I dried it. It works well except for two things. On the one hand, the capacitive button of recently apps doesn’t work (it lights up but when I touch it, doesn’t work). On the other hand, when I connect the phone to the PC, it isn’t recognized and, when I disconnect it, the screen freezes and a black window with a little cross in the corner appears for a couple of seconds. What can I do? Is there a solution or I have to send it to the technical support? Thank you so much.
@jorgegm what you have here is a water damaged phone. You did not tell us how your dried it off and how you managed the water damage. If you have not opened it up and cleaned teh water from the inside components, you most likely are runnig into corrosion and failed components from the water damage. I would at least try to treat it like any other water damaged phone.
