Hi everyone, Few months ago lightning fall very close to my house and caused a power surge. After that I couldn’t start my PS4 at all so I brought a new power supply which I installed today. Now the PS4 can start, I got the blue light and then the white light signals but no image or sound. I tried several HDMI cable and different port on my TV but no changes. Does anyone have an idea about what’s wrong ?
It most likely has a problem with the HDMI port or the HDMI encoder chip on the motherboard. Given that it was probably a power surge through the HDMI cable the port is probably fine. Hope this helps.
