Chosen Solution
After completely tearing down my PS4 for a full clean up and thermal paste replacement, it just won’t start up.
It starts in safe mode and nothing seems to work, rebulding database just restarts the system, i tried initalising, updating and still nothing.
This happened a few times before but I would just reconnect the hard drive but not event that works this time, could it be my hard drive is just dead or something else?
