Chosen Solution

Have brand new ps4 never played. Comes to a no signal screen unless u hold down power for 2 beeps but i cant figure it out.

So if you are saying that you can get into safe mode, then change the resolution to a lower one to see if resolves the problem.

  1. From a powered off state, hold the power button down until you hear the 2 beeps
  2. plug a controller in and press its PS button
  3. you should be able to use the safe mode menu option “4” to restore defaults and “2” to change your resolution.
