So this is how it is, I have a PS4 which is from Japan that I wanted to use here in the Philippines. But, underneath the unit it only says 100v~2.5a, I just wanted to know if I can use it in a 220v? If there is someone who has a unit that has the same label and used it in other volts.

This means you can take your game around the world with your trusty PS4 always at your side; just remember to bring your power socket adapters.” The reason why yours says 100V is because that is the common household voltage in Japan. You will always have the voltage for whatever Country the PS4 was sold to, printed on those labels. If you have any doubt etc. you can always use a step down transformer (unnecessary).
